Flexpipe Systems has designed, tested, and manufactured high pressure, corrosion-resistant, spooled continuous pipeline systems for the oil, gas and utilities industries. 

FlexPipe Linepipe and FlexCord Linepipe are manufactured at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. FlexPipe and FlexCord have been designed using the same three- layer principles which include a thermoplastic liner, a helically wound reinforcement layer and an external thermoplastic jacket.  Flexpipe Systems’ products are used for oil and gas gathering, including projects with H2S/CO2 content, water transfer lines, salt water disposal systems, CBM (or CSG) applications and other applications in which a corrosion resistant pipeline is required.  Sizes include 2”, 3”, and 4” ID pipe with pressure rating choices of 300, 750 and 1,500 psi at 180˚F max temperature depending on the series.
