Alberta Venture's "Fast 50" Flexpipe Systems made Alberta Venture's 2007 List of "The Fast 50", ranking #6 in the "Over $20 Million" category. Flexpipe is very proud to be recognized a growth champion in Alberta's current economic state.

A Sincere Thanks! 2006 proved to be another successful and exciting year for Flexpipe Systems. Early in the year, our team set a number of corporate initiatives focused on market growth, production efficiencies and the optimization of our innovative product line. These initiatives, coupled with the efforts of our dedicated workforce allowed Flexpipe to reach many exciting milestones.

Flexpipe Systems opens depot in Midland/Odessa, TX In order to better serve the industry and our growing customer base, Flexpipe Systems has opened a depot in the Midland/Odessa area. This new service depot will provide a local inventory of pipe, fittings and equipment as well as local personnel to oversee training and pipe installation requirements.

Flexpipe is compliant with CSA Z662-07 Flexpipe linepipe has been written into the recently released version of CSA Z662-07; Flexpipe Systems is now compliant with all regulatory standards.  This is a great milestone for Flexpipe Systems as the industry continues to accept our innovative technology.  The biggest change deals with the use of Flexpipe linepipe in gas applications - specifically, the limitations for gas applications have changed from 1% H2S and 5.0 MPa (300 ANSI) to 50 kPa partial pressure of H2S and 9.93 MPa (600 ANSI).  If you have any questions as to how this may affect your existing or future Flexpipe projects, please contact your Flexpipe representative or email us at info@flexpipesystems.com

Flexpipe launches its new corporate website Flexpipe Systems launched its new corporate website.  Along with an updated look, the site is now home to downloadable technical manuals, installation guides and product bulletins. The website will be kept current with corporate updates, events and product news.  Check back often to see 'What's New"!

October 2007 

Flexpipe expands its sales team Flexpipe Systems continues to expand its footprint in the US and is pleased to announce the addition of 3 new members to its sales team.

Wayne Dennis joins Flexpipe in the position of Project Manager and will be based in Dallas.  As Project Manager, Wayne will focus on project supervision, development, training, and operational excellence. Wayne comes to Flexpipe with an extensive background in HDPE pipe and controls, valves, and automation equipment for the oil and gas industry, as well as experience as a DOT training instructor.

James Springer joins Flexpipe as an Account Manager with Flexpipe sales responsibilities in the Rockies. James has a successful technical sales background with heat transfer and process equipment.

Randy Amalfi joins the Flexpipe team as an Account Manager and will be based in Houston with sales responsibilities in the southern US. Randy has been around the Houston oil and gas patch for a number of years successfully selling gas compression equipment and services.

Flexpipe increases its pressure ratings at the maximum operating temperature of 60°C or 140°F Flexpipe has achieved sufficient test data to increase the maximum operating temperature of its FP150, FP301 and FP601 linepipe to 60°C/140°F at the maximum operating pressure ratings as noted below:
