2006 - The year in review Flexpipe is pleased to report on the following instrumental milestones achieved through the dedication and efforts of its quality workforce in 2006, we have;

• Increased production efficiencies and the production of pipe using raw components built solely at the manufacturing facility; every component part of the pipe is now created in house.
• Engineered and introduced a new optimized 300 ANSI product line,
• Achieved a record of selling over 2,000,000 meters (6,500,000 feet) of pipe in a little less than one year from our last millionth meter celebration,
• Received our ISO 9001:2000 certification,
• Opened service depots in Grand Junction, Colorado and Houston, Texas. These depots provide a local inventory of pipe, fittings and equipment as well as local personnel to oversee training and pipe installation in the United States.

January 2006

Flexpipe changes product color from BLUE to BLACK Flexpipe has improved the UV protection in its pipe from a 2 year UV life to a 20 year UV life by utilizing a carbon based additive. Not only has this improved the product, the new Flexpipe has changed from BLUE to BLACK.

April 2006

Flexpipe manufactures its first reel of pipe using ALL in-house components To increase efficiency and sustainability, Flexpipe is now able to manufacture its pipe using raw components built at the manufacturing facility. From the Flexpipe constructed Roved Glass to the Flexpipe Extruded Liner, every part of the pipe can be created in house.

Flexpipe opens 2 service centers in the United States In order to better service our growing American customer base, Flexpipe has opened 2 new service depots in Grand Junction Colorado and in Houston, Texas. These depots will provide a local inventory of pipe, fittings and equipment as well as local personnel to oversee training and pipe installation.

Flexpipe Systems receives ISO 9001:2000 In its continued effort to implement appropriate business tools to further the company’s success, Flexpipe Systems achieved its ISO 9001:2000 status. A certification that can take years to accomplish was implemented by Flexpipe personnel just shy of 8 months from the initial corporate objective through to the realization of the ISO certification. “Flexpipe Systems Inc. is committed to the manufacture and delivery of innovative products and services that consistently meet or exceed our customer’s requirements. The design of all our products will be safe, reliable and will comply with all applicable regulatory and statutory standards.”

Flexpipe Systems sells its 2,000,000 meter (6,500,000 foot) of pipe Flexpipe has eclipsed yet another milestone. In a little less than a year from the last millionth meter celebration, Flexpipe Systems sold its 2,000,000th meter (6,500,000th foot) of pipe to a major player in the Canadian Oil and Gas sector.

President & CEO, Regan Davis, is awarded Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2006 Prairies – Emerging Entrepreneur Regan Davis, President & CEO of Flexpipe Systems, was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award – Emerging Entrepreneur Prairie’s Region at the Telus Convention Center on October 12th. Mr. Davis was chosen from an impressive list of nominees, who have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, determination and innovative vision in business.

Flexpipe Systems earns tops honors at Canadian Innovation Awards and wins IRAP Regional Award Flexpipe Systems is deemed Canada’s top innovator at the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters Sixth Annual Canadian Innovation Awards in Calgary on October 3rd. Flexpipe is also the recipient of the Regional IRAP Award for New Technology.

November 2006

Flexpipe Systems introduces WHITE pipe Flexpipe has diversified its product line and has introduced a 300 ANSI pipe with a white jacket. The pipe has been developed due to an increased demand for surface pipelines in the United States in regions that are hot and sunny. The white jacket is designed to reduce the impact of solar radiation on surface pipe.

Flexpipe Systems implements a discount program As a result of Flexpipe’s continuous improvement initiatives, technological innovations and production efficiencies, Flexpipe Systems is extending a discounting program to its client base. Discounts of up to 30% will be offered through to the end of 2006.
